What includes?


  • Filing of the application for the National Taxpayer Registry (RNC) in the General Directorate of Internal Taxes (DGII).

What must the customer provide?


  • Complete information, both personal and of the company to be established.

  • Officers' names, positions, and contact information.

  • Purpose of the company.

  • Registration of the Commercial Name of the company.

  • Identification, copy of the cédula (Dominican national identification). In case of being a foreigner the copy of your passport is used

  • Signed letter authorizing to carry out the requested steps.
