  • Corporate Resolution (Authorized Signatures) Notarized ASG-674.
  • Copy of a photo ID.
  • Certificate of Registration of the Department of State.
  • Merchant registration.
  • Use Permit
  • Municipal Patent.
  • Financial Statement (if the income is three million (3,000,000.00) or more, the financial statement must be certified by an Authorized Public Accountant) or Projections for 12 months for those cases where the business has one (1) year or less of operations.
  • Criminal record.
  • Signed letter that authorizes PermisosComerciales.com to carry out the requested steps.
